Holmen Marine AS, has with some input from a well known boat accessory designer from HH Pro (Helly Hansen), developed several series of inflatable boats and ribs from Silver Marine www.silvermarine.com . The series have the term "Nordic Line by Silver Marine" and was first shown for the public January 2010 in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Holmen Marine is responsible for detailing the design and the launching of these Nordic Line models in all parts of the world. We use only the most recognized tube material in our Nordic Line:

PVC Valmex from Mehler  www.mehler-texnologies.com - 5 years warranty.

ORCA Hypalon from Pennel & Flipo www.pennel.fr – 10 years warranty.

All our tube accessories as handles, antiskid material for step designs and all other items attached/glued to the pontons, switch panels, hydraulic steering on all Phoenix and on all smaller ribs non feed back steering from Ultraflex are from the most recognized Italian manufacturers.

We use the best soft fabric material in our cushion that are water resistant and a very high UV class from Markilux www.markilux-maritime.com The reason why we have chosen fabric instead of vinyl is because it gives you a nicer touch and softness. And it also looks good.

The cushions and all stainless steel works are made by one of the most well known manufacturers outside Shanghai that also produce for a several famous boat manufacturers in Europe and in the Nordic countries.  Holmen Marine’s intentions of designing this Nordic Line is to be able to offer a user friendly practical boat range with less maintenance due to the chosen colours of the tube and the upholstery, with wide standard accessories, high finishing quality, nice workman ship, very good sea performance  that really makes our new range a strong new challenger.

"Nordic Line by Silver Marine" has a broad level of standard equipment adapted to conditions in all parts of the world. Such a consol cover, chair cover and waterproof cushion-bag that can be locked to the boat. Practical details for the end user if it is raining or the sun is too hot.

For warmer climates these boats can be delivered with brighter colour combinations, and tubes in ORCA Hypalon to withstand the powerful UV rays and high temperatures.

As an option accessory we will soon offer: a very strong quality of transport cover, Bimini sun protection, tilted steering system for the hydraulic steering of the Phoenix models, ski pole and roadster bow on top of the stern sofa for the Phoenix models and a small silver coloured tent to fit into the bow section of Phoenix models that can be used as an escape from strong sunshine and a possibility to “stay over” if you visit friends or are simply on a “longer daytrip”.
